300 second presentations that fuel confidence, courage, and skill

For many of us, the very thought of speaking in front of a group makes us feel sick to the stomach. Yet, the ability to share your ideas clearly and create memorable stories to move people to action is essential.

We all know that communication skills are important, but many of us don't factor in how critical it is for your personal development and career growth.

Often, women* don't know where or how to start.

We hear common fears and experiences:

  • I'll perform badly in front of others
  • I don't know what / how to share
  • I ramble too much
  • I read (vs share my ideas clearly and succinctly)
300 Seconds is a way for you to boost your skills in public speaking so you:
  • Gain exposure to others in a supportive environment
  • Access mentoring and support in advance of your presentation that factor in your key messages, the structure of your presentation, and reminders about your non-verbal language
  • Share your story in a way that is meaningful to you
  • Polish up your presenting skills and build capacity
  • Add your voice to the community

Hey, it's for 5 minutes!

"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has." –Margaret Mead

*By women we mean all women (trans, intersex and cis), all those who experience oppression as women (including non-binary and gender non-conforming people) and all those who identify as women.
